For the price we paid, we got amazing value and a fantastic room with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and promenade, yet nestled in a peaceful and safe area. The staff went above and beyond, with the owner even accompanying my husband to the store and helping with the shopping. The outdoor area was outstanding, with comfortable seating and plenty of sun throughout the day. an immaculate and delightful stay.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment was incredibly clean and well, maintained. the pool, although not heated, was still very enjoyable to swim in, even in February. the owner of the apartment was extremely kind and helpful, always available when needed. Upon our late arrival, he personally showed us around and even provided us with breakfast for the next morning. the location was perfect , just a one, minute walk to the ocean and a five, minute walk to the beach. the pool bar offered an incredible smoothie for only €2.
Nothing, all excellent! .

We spent a delightful week at this spacious, spotless bungalow. It had everything we needed for self-catering and was so relaxing. The location was perfect, close enough to shops and restaurants, but also a nice walk into the center. Enrique, the host, was amazing. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it to others.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The accommodation was spotless with a lovely big fridge and freezer. the TV had BBC and RTE channels. the beds were very comfortable. the resort was quiet, family-oriented, and had a children's pool that was perfect for our 3-year-old. There is a cafe bar by the pool run by a nice family, serving reasonably priced pizza and burgers. Supermarkets and a bus stop are conveniently located nearby, making transportation and shopping easy. the snorkeling experience was also great, with lots to see.
Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.

Our stay at Luxury Casa Playa Roca Bord De Mer was exceptional. The villa was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, especially the kitchen with a full-size oven, fridge, and washing machine. We were impressed by the security on the complex, providing us with peace of mind. The location was perfect, with a short coastal walk to the main town and convenient access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The nearby supermarket had a great selection of food and drink. We also enjoyed the on-site bar, which offered delicious and affordable breakfasts, snacks, and incredibly cheap beer. The large pool and child's pool were spotless, and the surrounding garden areas were well-maintained. The whole complex was completely gated and secure. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
The beach nearby was rocky and not suitable for sunbathing, but this did not overshadow our enjoyment of the villa.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and modern. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the promenade and main shopping area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, from helping us with shopping to locating a misplaced passport.
One small suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful apartment just a short walk from the beach. It was well equipped, modern, and spacious. The community was friendly and well-maintained, and the pool area was large and inviting. Enrique, the superhost, was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was perfect, with the ocean boardwalk just a couple of minutes away and restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. I also loved the option of renting a bike to explore the 23K boardwalk. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
The only drawbacks were that the pool water caused some clothes to turn green, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the local grocery store had limited selection and prices were higher compared to another store further up the road.

Our bungalow was spacious, spotless & comfortable with everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, especially for our children. The pool bar served excellent food & drinks. The location was great, with a supermarket just a few minutes away and within easy walking distance to the center of town. We loved how quiet, peaceful & secure the complex was. The bus service was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The proprietor was warm, friendly, and helpful.
There were a few main buildings that appeared to be not well maintained. The pools were not heated, which was a bit disappointing.
